Essential Agreements:

Parental Responsibilities

✔ Parents should check the Student Almanac daily for homework and important notes and provide a conducive study environment at home.
✔ In case of concerns regarding their child’s progress, parents should communicate with the Home Room Teacher via written correspondence or email. Replies will be given after discussion with the concerned faculty.
✔ Attendance below 85% may lead to detention.

✔ Students will not be permitted to leave during school hours unless there is an emergency, supported by a Gate Pass from the Principal/Vice-Principal/Headmistress.

✔ Social or medical appointments should not be scheduled during school hours.

✔ The Date of Birth provided during admission cannot be changed under any circumstances.

✔ Students suffering from contagious diseases will not be permitted to attend school until a valid medical certificate is provided.

✔ Leave applications for sick leave exceeding three days should be submitted on an A4 sheet along with a medical certificate to the Home Room Teacher.

✔ Personal hygiene and proper grooming are expected daily.

✔ Students are permitted to use the school telephone only in emergencies. Parents can leave an emergency message at the Front Office.

✔ Parents are not permitted to meet students or teachers during school hours. Classroom visits are restricted.

Communication & Uniform Guidelines

✔ Parents will receive important information via SMS and updates will be available on the Parent App.
✔ The prescribed school uniform must be worn every day. If not in uniform, students will be sent home unless a written note is provided by parents citing a valid reason.
✔ ID cards must be worn daily. Duplicate ID cards can be issued for ₹100/- if lost.
✔ Only vegetarian food should be sent for snacks and lunch.
✔ Lunch should be brought in the morning. Parents are not allowed to deliver lunch during school hours.
✔ Attendee Cards must be shown at the gate during dispersal and transport pick-ups for security.
✔ Own transport students should be picked up by 3:30 PM. The school will not be responsible beyond this time.
✔ Circulars will be uploaded in the Parent App. No hard copies will be issued.

School Uniform:

Students are expected to wear neat school uniform. The school reserves the right to send the students home when not suitably dressed. The school has prescribed the below given uniform for boys and girls.

School Rules:

Discipline & Conduct

✔ Students must arrive before 8:30 AM. The school gate closes at 8:30 AM. After three warnings, latecomers will be sent home.
✔ Every student should carry the Almanac daily and wear their Identity Card.
✔ Moving between classrooms should be done quietly and in an orderly manner.
✔ Neatness and grooming are mandatory. Students in improper uniform or untidy appearance will be sent home.
✔ Boys should have regular haircuts. Girls with long hair must wear two plaits with black hairbands. Short-haired girls must keep their hair neatly tied or wear a hairband.
✔ Leggings, traditional headgear, fancy earrings, tattoos, mehndi, and nail polish are strictly prohibited.
✔ Students should speak only in English on school premises. Foul language, disrespect, or physical aggression will lead to disciplinary action.

Behavior & Safety

✔ The school reserves the right to suspend students whose behavior negatively impacts others after three written warnings.
✔ Any damage to school property will lead to strict penalties.
✔ Electronic gadgets, expensive items, and watches (till Grade VIII) are prohibited. Confiscated items will be returned only at the end of the academic year. Only non-digital watches are allowed for Grades IX & X.
✔ On birthdays, students may distribute one sweet/toffee per student. No birthday parties, takeaways, or return gifts are permitted. Instead, students can donate a book or a sapling to the school.
✔ Students leaving with attendants should wait in the designated area until their guardian arrives. In case of delays, they should report to the school office.
✔ Bullying is strictly prohibited. Immediate disciplinary action will be taken against those found guilty.
